By accessing and using the Logic Clarity website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Logic Clarity reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Logic Clarity is a diagnostic puzzle strategy hub designed to guide intermediate puzzle solvers through cognitive bottlenecks using diagnostic methodology, before-and-after reasoning analysis, and expert thinking patterns. The Service provides educational content, diagnostic flowcharts, symptom-to-solution maps, reasoning reconstruction essays, and community-driven puzzle submissions to help solvers overcome specific challenge types including pattern blindness, constraint overwhelm, and spatial reasoning gaps.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person;
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any content without prior written permission;
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization;
• Engaging in any form of gambling, betting, or wagering activity;

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Logic Clarity Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, diagnostic flowcharts, reasoning reconstruction essays, methodology frameworks, and visual line diagrams, is the exclusive property of Logic Clarity or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or sell any content without the prior written consent of Logic Clarity.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit puzzle solutions, reasoning explanations, or other content to Logic Clarity (including through community submissions), you grant Logic Clarity a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of improving the Service and helping other solvers. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Logic Clarity makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Logic Clarity does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The diagnostic methodology and reasoning patterns provided are educational tools and do not guarantee puzzle-solving success or cognitive improvement in all cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Logic Clarity has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Logic Clarity's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Logic Clarity in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty Egyptian pounds, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logic Clarity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Logic Clarity is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies, and Logic Clarity disclaims all liability for any harm resulting from your access to or reliance on third-party content.

10. Termination

Logic Clarity reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that Logic Clarity deems harmful to the Service or its community. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alexandria, Egypt, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logic Clarity regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
